Intercall Review

The Intercall website is very easy to use. On a lot of conference call websites you find yourself spending unnecessary time sifting through endless pages, trying to gain the relevant information needed to form an opinion on the service offered, but Intercall is nice and simple to navigate.

The information displayed is bold and direct, with easy links to get around from page to page…  I was able to sign up in no time at all! I simply filled out a form and was contacted by a member of the team to discuss the details. (Not great if you’re looking to hold a conference straight away.)

The support team were helpful, and seemed happy to assist me with any further queries I had, although the telephone line through to them was very poor quality – strange for a telecoms company!

One drawback of the website is the fact that the rates to use the service are not clearly visible on the website and so you do need to call for more information.

Intercall offer both telephone and web conferencing which has proven be very beneficial for business – rates are reasonable and the quality of the web conferencing product is very good.

Overall, Intercall provides a good service, though I must add that the quality of phone lines for my conference call was crackly and disappointing.
