ACCU Conference Review

When you first enter the ACCU Conference website, you are greeted by the slightly overused  colour blue. Although he colour is quite passive the site can easily be read, some more colours would have added a bit of life to the website’s front page and encouraged first time customers to read more.

Another factor that contributes as a negative for the website’s homepage is the amount of information that is crammed onto the first page. There is also quite a lot of small print. The site immediately overwhelms you as there is so much to read in such a small space.

The navigation bar along the top of the page is good and gives the customer a clear view of what they need to be doing, and also allows them to easily navigate the various options available to them.

The rate charged for a standard conference call with ACCU Conference is 5p per min. The web conferencing application in ACCU Conferencing is basic. Yes, it does offer the traditional standard for the customer, but then again, so do the other conference call websites.

The quality of the calls from ACCU Conference is of standard quality and doesn’t appear to have any major faults. Their customer service offering is  acceptable.

An extremely good feature on this website is the conference call calculator. This handy piece of equipment allows the customer to compare prices between other competitive conference call sites, with ACCU Conferencing obviously coming out on top.

On the other hand, a negative point about this site is the fact that, if you would like to sign up with this company, you have to enter your credit card details, which ultimately, could be quite off putting for a prospective customer.
